Staying healthy after menopause

Staying physically and mentally active is good for health. Use this new stage of your life to explore new opportunities and enjoy yourself!

Keep in mind that until you have gone at least a year without a period during your perimenopause years, you may still be fertile and have the potential to become pregnant. And, if you are sexually active after menopause, remember that you are still susceptible to sexually transmitted diseases. Condom use may provide reliable protection from sexually transmitted diseases.
